Parents: Student information can be found by using ParentVUE. Instructions on how to sign up for use, how to use, and the link to access ParentVUE are found on this page.
Parents will need a 7-digit Activation Key to create their ParentVue account. Each legal guardian will have their own unique ParentVue account and will need to have their own email address associated with their account. The email address attached to the parent record for communications should match the email address in ParentVue to avoid technical difficulties.
Is there a Mobile App?
Find out more about the NSD Mobile App.
Activation, updates or changes, or password resets to the ParentVUE account need to be completed in a browser on any kind of device and not through the mobile app itself. The mobile app is a great tool to view information but not for making updates on the account.
Who Can Get ParentVUE?
A ParentVUE account is made available to each parent with legal educational rights. Parents can request an activation key letter, or assistance with their account, by using the ParentVUE Activation Request Form
Once a parent has used their unique activation key, their account remains active, and a new activation key cannot be initiated.
What Do Parents Need To Know?
Each parent must use their own unique email address for their ParentVUE account or the system will lock both ParentVUE accounts if a password reset is requested.
Each parent’s ParentVUE email address and their parent email address on record with the school must be the same to avoid technical issues or an account lock when a password is reset.
If a parent attempts to access ParentVUE unsuccessfully 6 times, the system will lock that account. Please contact the NMS Registrar to seek assistance.
The school does not have access to ParentVUE passwords, in the event a parent cannot access their account they will need to reset their password.
Parents will need to provide their driver's license when obtaining assistance in person at the school.
