Our focus in the health room includes maintaining a healthy learning environment, teaching independent health habits, and supporting the psychological and physical well being of our students, families, and staff.

We provide the following services:

  • Basic vision and hearing screenings
  • Immunization and disease monitoring
  • Injury and illness care during school
  • Administering medication
  • Health education
  • Resources and referrals

Community Assistance
During the COVID-19 outbreak, our community has come together to provide assistance to families in need. The following organizations are ready to help with food, housing, healthcare and more.

The State of Washington schedules students in grades Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th for routine vision and hearing screening.

Please notify the nurse if you wish to excuse your child from the screening.

Volunteers are needed to help with vision and hearing screening.

Please notify the nurse if you would like to volunteer.

No prior experience necessary.

Substitute Nurses Needed:
Are you a Registered Nurse who might be interested in exploring the rewards of school based nursing, supplementing work hours or simply maintaining nursing licensure credentials?
