4 Seasons of Sports @ NMS

Northshore Middle School encourages all students to participate in ASB clubs, activities and sports programs.  Sports registrations are made through Final Forms and registrations are now open. Sports physicals are required and are valid for 2 years from the date of physical exam and needs to be signed by the physician.  Remember to allow plenty of time to get the sports physical prior to the sports season starting.  Registration on Final Forms & submission of sports physical is required to tryout/participate.

Season 1 (September 1st– October 27th)

Cross Country – Boys & Girls – Non Cut

7th & 8th Grade Boys Tennis – Cut

7th & 8th Grade Girls Volleyball – Cut

6th Grade Girls Soccer – Non Cut

7th & 8th Grade Girls Soccer – Cut

Season 2 (October 31st– January 9th)

7th & 8th Grade Boys Basketball – Cut                                                       *First day of practice : Monday October 31st

6th Grade Boys Basketball – Non Cut                                                        *First day of practice : Monday November 7th 

Season 3 (January 17th – March 17th)

Wrestling – Boys & Girls – Non Cut

7th & 8th Grade Girls Basketball – Cut

6th Grade Girls Basketball – Non Cut

Season 4 (March 27th – May 25th)

6th Grade Boys Soccer – Non Cut

7th & 8th Grade Boys Soccer – Cut

7th & 8th Grade Girls Tennis – Cut

6th Grade Girls Volleyball – Non Cut

Track & Field – Boys & Girls – Non Cut

Signup for Season 2 sports is now open.  Be sure to register your child in Final Forms and ensure that you have an updated physical on file.

Students who are interested in participating in athletics at Northshore Middle School must meet eligibility requirements of the Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) and Northshore Middle School.
